Jeremiah Jackson
Founder & Attorney
Having practiced for the last decade, Jeremiah Jackson has seen both high and low water marks of the real estate industry. He focuses his practice primarily on residential real estate, the formation of corporate entities for ownership of real estate, the representation of various lenders, real estate purchases and refinances, construction transactions, acquisitions, title curative work, and contract drafting. Mr. Jackson is a native North Carolinian, born and raised in Carolina Beach. He has resided in the Triangle since 1996. He graduated with honors from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Law and Political Philosophy. Mr. Jackson then obtained his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
Sam Iden
Attorney
Sam has practiced in Real Estate since 2010 and currently focuses his practice on residential closings. For more than a decade prior to joining Jackson Law his practice focused exclusively on distressed properties while successfully facilitating approximately 1,000 short sale transactions requiring negotiated settlements with banks, homeowner’s associations, judgment creditors and tax agencies.
Sam grew up primarily in Wake Forest before attending East Carolina University for undergrad and Nova Southeastern for law school. He enjoys exercise, meat smoking and sports, having not missed a Dallas Cowboys game in almost two decades.
Hayden Baugh
Attorney
Hayden is a native of Eufaula, Alabama and moved to Raleigh in 2018 to attend law school. He received his undergraduate degree in History from Birmingham-Southern College and his law degree from Campbell University Law School.
Hayden loves sports, especially golf, and watching Alabama football. He also enjoys being outdoors to hunt, camp, and hike.
At Jackson Law, Hayden’s practice areas include estate and business planning matters as well as commercial real estate.
Angela Ray – MANCINI
Attorney
Angela grew up on the coast of North Carolina in beautiful Morehead City, where she returns often as an avid beachgoer. She graduated with honors from Charleston School of Law and plans to become dually licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina. She focuses her practice primarily on residential real estate. Prior to law school, Angela attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Chris Brown
Title Attorney
Chris has been practicing law since 2017 and he joined the Jackson Law team in April 2022. Chris grew up in Dayton, Ohio, and moved to Raleigh in 2014. Prior to moving to North Carolina, Chris attended the University of Toledo in Ohio where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in criminal justice. Chris attended Campbell University Law School where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2017.
Prior to coming to Jackson Law, Chris’s practice concentrated on litigation including a diverse background in family/domestic law, criminal law, landlord/tenant law, and civil litigation defense. At Jackson Law, Chris’s practice primarily focuses on title matters regarding residential real estate. Chris has always had a passion for helping his clients and he is excited to bring that passion to his clients at Jackson Law. In his free time, Chris enjoys cooking with his wife, playing tennis and golf, fly fishing, and enjoying all that Raleigh has to offer.
leron horne
Attorney
LeRon was born in Raleigh and raised in both Raleigh and Wilson. She attended North Carolina State University where she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Law and the Justice System. She then went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina School of Law with her J.D. Her primary focus is residential real estate. LeRon enjoys exercise, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
lily edmond
Attorney
Born in New York but raised in North Carolina, Lily attended undergrad at Liberty University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s in Law & Policy. She went on to attend and graduate from the UNC School of Law with her Juris Doctor. Her favorite pastimes include playing family board games, listening to music, and spending time with her dog Frodo.
